Just looked at my back progress from when i first started prep! This is what 15 weeks did to my back :)

2.5 weeks pre comp :) READY TO ROCK IT. Still got my peak week to go :D Ignore my face, i have no makeup, and my hair was in a bun, so its all pulled back ahahah.

THE IMPORTANCE OF A CHEAT MEAL

Cheat meals are a very important additive to your nutritional regimen. They are necessary both physicallyto trick your body from adapting to a lower caloric intake and psychologically to keep your mind jolted to get through the week with the same intensity and vigor that you started with. One day a week I pick a day to have my cheat meal on, I eat as much as I want and whatever I want, i dont restrict what my heart desires UNLESS its coming into comp, i pick cleaner cheat meals this way, and that way I am prepared to eat like a Spartan for the rest of the week. It provides me with the right mental attitude going into the week. I do not notice getting any “fatter” by implementing such a high caloric meal. In fact, it makes me more lean because I’m so strict the rest of the week because I don’t have the urge to cheat- I know the Cheat day is right around the corner. In fact, studies also show that a physically active individual who works out with weights regularly who has one day a week where he eats double the amount of calories as normal, will use those calories towards muscle growth rather than fat gain. So it is very beneficial for you on multiple fronts to “let go”.

I know alot of you have your downfalls when it comes to cheat meals and sometimes turn into cheat ‘days’ etc etc, im sure you know what im talking about. 
I dont know if you girls have heard of it, but i just made it for the first time tonight and gave to a friend….she nearly died and went to heaven….. INTRODUCING, PROTEIN FLUFF. 

This is what you need:
1 scoop of protein powder, any flavour you like :) 
1 cup of water ( you can use almond milk if you like? i havent tried it like that cause the water way tastes AWESOME ) 
1 teaspoon of xanthan gum (can get from mrs flanneries)

ALTERNATIVE- You can add berries if you like. 

1. Place all ingredients into a mixer bowl OR a milkshake/blender. 
2. MIX for a few minutes. 
It goes from a runny mixture to the photo attached below. I made it for my best friend tonight and added a few berries to it. She said it was EXACTLY like mousse. 

Cant wait to try this once comps over :) LOOKS incredible!!! :D
