Anonymous asked: How do the weights work on the assisted pull up machine?

Well the one at my gym, not sure if yours is the same.
Say you weigh 60kgs, if you put the pin on 40kgs, then you are only pulling up 20kgs cause it’s assisting with 40kgs.

So pretty much whatever pin you put it on is how much it will assist you with.
