Okay my first notice is this, youre eating ALOT of fruit and very little protein?
I noticed you said you eat fish? But you just said you were a vegetarian? You know if you eat fish it means your not a vegetarian…
Your breakfast should be something more substantial! Try having eggs and a piece of fruit instead of just fruit. Your lunch sounds fairly good but you should aim to have a snack inbetween those two meals, you eat at 8 then at 12, thats far too long for your body to go without food. Should aim for at least 2.5 - 3 hours for food.
You could also throw in some brown rice or sweet potato for some good carbs.
You do need to aim higher than 30minutes for the gym for results, at least an hour, otherwise seeing any results is going to take alot longer!!
Try having almonds with the protein shake instead of the yoghurt :) Your dinner is perfect!!
