KEEP AT IT. What youre doing there sounds PERFECT.
The key to getting that toned body comes down to diet, exercise and dedication. YOU CANNOT skip a day, you cannot just think ‘ill go easy today’. Everyday counts.
Im thinking maybe around 2-3 months, it really depends on how hard you are working. AND when you are eating your meals. It is a huge thing to eat ‘clean’ food, but also timing them in conjunction with your workouts and how they will benefit your body and muscles is a HUGE issue.
You could also consider increasing your calories girly, 1200 is the bare minimum that females should aim for. I know when i have to drop that low, i dont lift as well i dont train as hard, and i feel flat all the time.
So maybe just increase your food just to 1400… But in the end totally up to you.
The problem alot of girls get is that they start to get disheartened with the progress, and slack off.
So in all honesty, KEEP GOING, lift heavy BUT keep to the full motion you can, none of this ill go heavy but just half squat, MAKE sure you are utilizing ALL your muscles, even if you have to go a little lighter. If it means you get a little lower in your squat and more muscle movement, THAT to me is far times better than anything.
In terms of exercises to do to burn fat…. all of them do burn energy, but weights are the most effective along with HIIT, so youve got those there downpact :)
Diet wise, what is your current eating like? If you send me a message with your diet, ill give you a few tweeks here and there.
Also include what times youre working out and when youre eating :)
