Anonymous asked: I'm seventeen, 5'4, and 127 pounds. My goal is to get as close to 115 by the end of May 2012. I eat healthy. I started exercising two weeks ago, 3-4 times a week. I'm going to start exercising 5-6 days a week but I'm not sure if I'm doing everything properly. I'm kind of going into this whole thing blind. What are some tips you can give me?
Anonymous asked: What should I be eating to eat "cleanly"? I stopped drinking soda and whole milk, eating candy and junk food, and have been eating breakfast (I usually didn't eat until 2 or 3 in the afternoon before) three months ago and have lost three pounds. I haven't started exercising or working out until last week. Is there anything I could take out of my diet that I shouldn't eat...

I want to follow you and your blog because not only are you doing right, but you are all badasses in my book.
Where are you?
I don’t, but I want to. I’m just a little weary because I don’t wanna do it wrong and risk improper form. So if I could get some pointers on that, I’d love to start.
truth-sets-in asked: hi, you asked me to answer some questions to better answer my initial question. i work out 3-4 times a week. i started that for 2 months, saw no change, then stopped goingto the gym for a month until a few weeks ago. also, my diet is clean, i eat mostly natural foods, and i eat carbs before workouts and protein after. i just want to lose 15 pounds and have really toned arms and legs + 6pack(;

Anonymous asked: I know this sounds weird but how did your boobs stay big after losing all that weight? I lost 30 pounds and I'm 5'10" and mine shrank a lot....
truth-sets-in asked: hi(: im 128 pounds and 5'5. i want to lose 10-15 pounds. i go to the gym often and am just starting to run, so my endurance isnt too high. i run usually 20 minutes and walk 10 on a 4-4.5 speed. i also do weight training. however, im not seeing results. i also eat around 1200 calories a day. is there a better more efficient way to lose weight? please keep in mind i am working on my endurance!

Anonymous asked: can you help me? im desperate. i have a thyroid disorder so it's really hard for me to lose weight so my dr told me i need to exercise 2x as much. do you know what the best exercise programs are that i can do at home that burn the MOST FAT? im not trying to build too much muscle, i just wanna lose the fat. i also don't know what to eat, i find when i work out im ALWAYS hungry but have no...
Anonymous asked: You're basically telling people that fat is ugly and that no-one should look like that. But guess what I eat healthily, I'm not a size zero, and I'm what you could call overweight. But I'm happy with the way I look. Being skinny or "fit & fierce" doesn't control happiness.
Anonymous asked: hey i was just wondering how you overcame your ed? i've suffered from one before and thought i had recovered but recently relapsed.. not quite sure what to do. Some advice would be really helpful!
fiture asked: I have to say INCREDIBLE results congratulations on the lifestyle change and going in to become a personal trainer. I am also a personal trainer and it is the best and most fun industry ever. :)

Anonymous asked: Hey lady! Your progress is amazing, you are so inspirational! I was just wondering though, how long did you go to the gym for when you first started out? Time frame I mean, and how many times a day/week? Also too what cardio do you do? If you could give me some insight that would be great :) xxxx
Anonymous asked: also i seen how you had your bags of broccoli rice and chicken set out for the week do you freeze these or refrigerate? i want to do this because it looks like a great time-saver but i am worried about the freshness. also do you season your chicken or rice with anything or just leave it plain? sorry for all the q.s :S
Anonymous asked: hey tash i read somewhere on your blog about an eating plan, i just recently got one off ashleigh bines. i was just wondering what you include in yours and how much it is?
Anonymous asked: Do you ever think that your "inspirational" blog ever hurts people who don't look like that? And then makes them assume that they should. That we should all be fit. Some people have thiroid problems that they cannot help and cannot control. You're so obsessed with your own image, and what you look like. Ever thought that there is more to a person than their looks?
