Anonymous asked: tash, whats your life like now after the comp? what do you eat? where do you live? when are you moving to perth? whats the plan!!
At the moment, eating ahahhaa. I have two weeks left in QLD so ive been going out with friends and family, eating ALOT of food. I currently look about 3 months pregnant. But im not angry or stressed because this is the last time i will see these people for a long time. My body is in shock ahaha.
Living at my parents at the moment. Moving to perth in 2 weeks.
I will reveal my plan next week ;) xxx
Anonymous asked: did you have a lot of stretchmarks left even when you became very fit? if so, how did you deal with them? thank you! :)
YEP, i have heaps of them on my hips and inner thigh.
Hate them but i cant do anything about them
Anonymous asked: what does your typical workout session consist of? you keep mentioning how cardio actually isn't super important, so do you do any? thanks!!!
I will walk sometimes. but thats about it.
On wednesdays when i do core, i skip :) so skipping and walking xxx
Anonymous asked: Blueberries, tuna, corn crackers, peanut butter, apples, more and different veggies :) etc you don't eat these things?
I do yeah. But during the final months of prep those things get taken out.
Anonymous asked: you are a true inspiration ! im 18 in 6 weeks and want to feel and look great for it, any ideas on a plan to stick by to notice some change within myself? i find myself having little energy throughout the day,
Little energy could indicate you are eating too little fats and carbs in your diet, try adding some more in :) xx
Anonymous asked: I think women with muscles aren't feminine.
Thats nice :)
Anonymous asked: I heard pork is a lot leaner than red meat? Is this true?
Its myoglobin content is lower than that of beef, but much higher than that of chicken. The USDA treats pork as a red meat. Pork is very high in thiamin (vitamin B1).Pork with its fat trimmed is leaner than the meat of most domesticated animals, but is high in cholesterol and saturated fat.
Anonymous asked: You're always so nice to everyone! :)
